Join us for Meeting for Worship on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of every month, in-person or virtually!

Beginning Sunday, October 3, 2021, Cowichan Valley Quakers will resume holding Meetings for Worship, first and third Sundays, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Ann's Garden Building at Providence Farm, Duncan. We shall also continue to offer an online option. If you would like to join us in Worship by Zoom, please email for the link and further information.

Cowichan Valley Quakers is a Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends, comprising members and attenders from around the Cowichan Valley. We began meeting more than 30 years ago in members’ homes. Currently, our Meetings for Worship are held in the St. Ann’s Garden Club Building at Providence Farm in Duncan. We would like to acknowledge that we meet on the traditional territory of the Cowichan Tribes.

Our Quaker Meeting for Worship is an attempt to be open to the movement of the Spirit within ourselves and within the group. It uses no program, priest, or creed. Instead, we use silence to allow us to discover the inward stillness where we can best hear the small, still voice of God.

"You will come to walk cheerfully over the world, answering that of God in every one."

- George Fox, Founder 1647

(newcomers welcome!)

For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, Meeting for Worship at Providence Farm has been suspended. Instead, Cowichan Valley Quakers meet online for Worship. As weather permits, some local Friends choose to gather in Worship in the garden of one member's home.

If you wish to attend Meeting for Worship, either online or in person, please email for Zoom log-in information or for directions to the residence.

Stay safe, stay well.
